There are many complex factors and many people involved in creating Marshall's schedule, and since we expect to receive more invitations than he can accept, please do not firmly plan on any dates you have requested until you receive an official offer of dates in Marshall's 2009 calendar. Because CNVC would like to use Marshall's time most effectively to support our mission, CNVC and Marshall especially appreciate requests for keynotes at conferences or organizations, where Marshall could reach large numbers of people. We are also eager to have him offer training that would contribute to the creation of life serving systems in education, economics, restorative justice, peacekeeping and healthcare. If we can accommodate your request, we will be sending you a confirmation agreement before travel arrangements are made.
The confirmation agreement addresses many things important to Marshall as he travels. To aid in your event planning, here are some he has said are most essential to him:
1) private hotel room with email access in his room,
2) the same hotel room for his entire stay, and
3) any ground travel is limited to 45 minutes or less.
